Dr. Charles K. Danso is the founder of WealthPot and a Finance Professor at California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA), where he teaches corporate finance and investment strategy. He holds a PhD in Finance from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). With a research background spanning corporate finance, capital structure, and international markets, Dr. Danso has presented his work at leading academic conferences including the Southern Finance Association, the Financial Management Association (FMA), and the Western Economic Association International. At Cal State LA, he has mentored student teams competing in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, reflecting his commitment to developing the next generation of finance practitioners. WealthPot was founded on the conviction that emerging-market real assets deserve access to global capital and that the gap between the two is a design problem, not a merit problem. Dr. Danso brings together rigorous academic training, practitioner-level structuring expertise, and direct experience working across capital markets in the US and internationally to bridge that gap through transaction design and capital architecture.
